**Courtney and I have worked with Kristi for years, and Courtney sends all her middle and upper end business Kristi's way. Kristi has financing down to a science, and she is also a very successful multi-property RE investor. She always beats USAA, or anyone for that matter, on clossing costs AND rates. She rarely ever has any issues with approval/closing/paperwork, etc. Very easy to work with, a real true professional. **Chad is a relatively new contractor in town and has done work for Courtney and some of the other folks at REMAX. He has also done work on our personal residence, as well as work on two of our investment properties, including our recent "flip." Cosmetic work is his area of expertise, especially tile work, countertops, painting, etc. Chad being relatively new to the business is VERY reasonable on his rates. Chad does occasionaly have minor timeline issues, but the quality and price of work more than make up for it. As he builds experience expect him to become very popular in the home upgrade business here in Enid.
